{"id":5552,"date":"2023-05-12T11:18:31","date_gmt":"2023-05-12T10:18:31","guid":{"rendered":"\/?p=5552"},"modified":"2023-05-12T11:18:05","modified_gmt":"2023-05-12T10:18:05","slug":"visit-to-the-catabb-of-the-upv-masters-degree-in-chemical-engineering","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/catabb.consorciodeaguas.eus\/en\/blog\/news\/visit-to-the-catabb-of-the-upv-masters-degree-in-chemical-engineering","title":{"rendered":"Visit to the CATABB of the UPV Master&#8217;s Degree in Chemical Engineering"},"content":{"rendered":"<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On Monday 8th May we received at CATABB the visit of the students of the Master\u2019s Degree in Chemical Engineering of the UPV together with Professor Jose Ignacio Lombra\u00f1a.\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the master\u2019s degree a subject on water treatment is implemented, so the visit served to consolidate the concepts through the experience of visualizing the day-to-day control and operation of a DWTP. The CATABB is an ideal platform for this type of activity due to its location, size and available technologies.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The relationship between CATABB and the Chemical Engineering Department of the UPV has been very fluid, with collaborations in various projects such as the CETHAP project \u201cControl and Elimination of Trihalomethanes in Drinking Water Treatment Plants\u201d and in distribution networks or the testing project of activated carbon filters installed in the Venta Alta DWTP, as well as company internships or TFG of students.
